Hey Dave!, the famous Dave Burton of Pan sonic tour manager fame i presume? My name is Mick Thompson and i done the tour diary for the tour, remember? Well last night i stumbled upon a disc with the tour diary on it, i thought i had lost it forever. So i re-read every entry and the memories came flooding back, great night that was in Dublin, even though i was legless by about 10.30. Some great pics from the tour as well, it was a shame they never went ahead with the European leg. I saw the guys again, in Glasgow as part of the Triptych festival 3 years ago, a certian John Peel was dj'ing that night as well and i had the honour of meeting the great man. Pan sonic were brutal and as soon as they went off Peel dropped Love will tear us apart, i was floored by it all.

Anyways, if ye ever find yourself in Glasgow vicinity be sure to give me a call and we can scoop it up big time

all the best
mick
